Chungmoro station is a 7-minute walk away, and the limousine buses 6001 and 6015 to ICN are a 5-minute walk. There's a 7eleven and Cu around the corner, and along the way toward Chungmoro station there's a pharmacy and Olive Young. Easy checkout, and the room has a washing machine, stove, pots and pans for making a late-night meal. Our washroom flooded during showers. With the door closed, water rose to my ankles; when I opened it, water ran toward the sink and left the floor wet and unpleasant to step on. The building has around 1000 units but only two elevators. We were on the 12th floor, and the lift down stopped at every level. It was always packed, with everyone squeezed inside, which got annoying. We had to sort our own rubbish, as required in Korea, but it would help to have labeled bins instead of being expected to know how. They only gave us one general waste bag, so we had to buy another for 500 won. We paid around rm 350 (130000 won) per night after being swayed by the reviews, but there was no housekeeping or security service. There wasn't a luggage area where we could open our suitcases either. The street is on the quieter, darker side, so solo travelers or groups of girls should be aware.

The view isn't much, but there's a good restaurant attached. These small studios come with a fridge/freezer, washer, makeup area, walk-in closet, and double bed. The water gets hot, the wifi is strong, and the station is only steps away.

We had a larger room for three and stayed 9 nights. The space and location were good, but nighttime disturbances and security concerns affected our comfort. Chungmuro and Euljiro 4(sa)-ga subway stations are nearby, and the Airport Limousine bus is easy to reach. The building entrance and lifts are open to the public. The luggage room has a passkey that resets daily, but guests often leave the door open while going in and out. On our first night, at 3:40am, someone repeatedly tried our door code and triggered the entrance light. The office said it was a guest at the wrong room, which didn't feel convincing. Starting on the third night, we heard footsteps above us after 2am, often setting off our entrance light. We reported it, but it continued until checkout.

We really liked our room and most of the stay, but the elevator made the end of the trip miserable. We waited as long as 20 minutes several times, and when one finally came, it was already packed. We ended up hauling our luggage down eight flights, and I hurt my shoulder doing it. Other guests were struggling with their suitcases too, which made the lack of accessible access especially concerning for anyone with mobility issues. Even getting rid of our trash took nearly an hour because of the elevator delays. This left a very bad last impression.

The airport limousine bus 6015 stops nearby, and getting to the airport on it was comfortable and convenient. No need to book ahead. For subway access with big suitcases, use Exit 1 to avoid stairs. The building is also very close to the subway. We chose this place partly for the washer and dryer, and the room had plenty of storage, including a walk-in cupboard. Check-in was easy and the space was well equipped. Just know there’s no room service. I only wish there were a shower curtain, since the bathroom got wet. We were very happy with our booking.
