The room and bathroom were much more spacious than I expected, and both were very clean. Internet was excellent, and the room had all the amenities I needed. The location is ideal, on the main road near bus stops and a short walk from the subway, with lots of convenience stores around the corner. Staff spoke decent English and were very helpful. Definitely worth the price.

We liked our two-person bunk bed room. It was spacious and well located, with an underground station, bus stops, convenience stores, and coffee shops nearby. The staff were really helpful. Our only real complaint was that there weren’t any full body towels.

Maybe it was a decent choice, but the coffee shop seemed to be under construction or closed down, I couldn’t tell. I’m also not sure if this is normal for Seoul, but the whole building was completely dark at night. As a solo traveller, especially a woman, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I actually liked staying here and would come back. For the price, it felt like good value, and the city view from the windows was great. My room had the amenities I needed, and I appreciated the lack of carpets since carpets never feel clean to me. There’s no room cleaning during your stay either, which suited me because I didn’t have to worry about my things cluttering the room. You can buy wet cleaning whipes and clean the floors yourself until they feel clean enough. The drawbacks were real, though. My bedding smelled awful and the odor stuck to my clothes. My friend’s bed didn’t have that problem, so it wasn’t a general issue. The walls are thin and you hear a lot from neighboring rooms, though it never got noisy overnight. The shower room is odd, with nowhere to hang towels, and the towels are Korean sized, too small to wrap around yourself. Bring your own bath towel if you want one. Toilet paper can’t be flushed, to prevent clogging. There was black mold on the vinyl shower curtain, and the shower head was fixed so you couldn’t adjust the hight. I’d call it four stars as a hostel, but three as a hotel or single room. I don’t think there’s room to share that space with another person, but that’s up to you.
