The host was super helpful, and the Airbnb was great. It's near a metro station, with lots of tasty restaurants and shops within walking distance. Loved it!

What sort of hotel is this? The way they behaved was appalling. They said canceling would cost 70% of the room rate. When we asked to reschedule, they said that would also cost 70%, then they'd book it again for us? Customer service acted like they were incredibly busy because of the pandemic. LOL. A full refund would have fixed everything. Appearance-obsessed, huh? Haha. Are all hotels in Korea like this, charging customers without providing any service? If I could give zero stars, I wouldn't even give one.

Be sure you're absolutely set on going before you book. This owner is certainly committed to their position: they firmly believe there is no COVID-19 in Seoul, South Korea, and won't postpone or cancel bookings. Who wouldn't want to go?
