The bed and service would have been comfortable and great if the cleaning had been more thorough. I found straw wrappers, straws, and tissues left by the previous guest. Everything else was good.

The cigarette smell mixed with a musty odor was disgusting. It seemed like they sprayed something over the smell in a room where people had smoked, then went right back to business. Do they even allow smoking in the hallways? It’s really hard for non-smokers. Renovating is good, but please take better care of the indoor environment. You can lose the regular rabbits while chasing after wild ones.

The rooms are beautiful and the location is good. The 10 AM check-in time is a little inconvenient for tourists.

I only stayed because I needed somewhere after work in an expensive neighborhood. The room felt too small for what it cost, and they started calling every ten minutes to hurry me out, beginning an hour before checkout. I don’t think I’ll come back.
