It’s easy to get confused when looking for this service apartment. The check-in office is on the ground floor in a small space you could miss, and while the name they use is UH Flat The Seocho, there are still Zizel Signity Seocho stickers all over the place. That was confusing on my first visit. We stayed five nights, and one day the cleaner didn’t take our rubbish or replace the towels. I contacted them and got an apology, so be prepared for that kind of thing.

The place was dirty, with dust everywhere, and I kept sneezing. The couch was filthy too. At 3pm there was nobody at the front desk. I waited 25 minutes and could only leave my bags; check-in was at 4pm and checkout at 11am. When I asked about room cleaning the next day, they said it was only available from the third day onward. I requested towels, but they didn’t bring any, so I had to ask again. On the third day they refused to clean, saying they didn’t have enough staff because everyone was busy cleaning the air filter. Shower towels weren’t available, and the hand towels had brown spots. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
The one-bedroom layout worked well for me, and the place has enough facilities for a longer stay, including cooking and cleaning or washing. The amenities are minimal but sufficient to be self-sufficient in the room. The tech made it fairly easy for non-Korean-speaking tourists to figure out the systems and run the apartment. It’s a digital-style hotel, with no key and digital check-in, so there’s little or no contact with staff. That could be a plus when everything goes smoothly.
There are several restaurants and convenience stores close by, and the location in Seocho, Gangnam made getting around Seoul easy during my trip. The customer service was polite and quick to respond. The room was very clean. I found the temperature too warm and had trouble changing it, though I understand they set it warm as protocol during winter and spring. One issue: Kakao Taxi kept taking us to the wrong place because neither Zizel Signity nor Le Collective Seocho came up correctly in the app. I had to type the address in hangul, and I think the drivers use google maps.
Checking in was seriously difficult. The instructions and directed site didn’t work, and the QR code meant to help was no use. There was no help at all. Worst experience. Don’t stay here.
