The room was clean, and the service was excellent. Manju took great care of us. Breakfast was good too. Since it was a room for a couple, it would have been helpful to have at least two sets of vanity items in the bathroom.

The room was uncomfortable because the mattress and pillows left me with neck pain and body aches, something I rarely experience at hotels. The Wi-Fi was weak, especially on the higher floors, and I had to call IT several times. The AC controls were also hard to figure out, with a manual or sign needed just to adjust the temperature. Hallways and floors needed more attention, and even with the “Make Up Room” sign out, the room was not cleaned until I called Reception. The staff were the strongest part of the stay. Reception, Housekeeping, IT support, and the Operations Manager were professional and keen to help, and they tried to sort problems quickly. Mr. Mohamed Hamed, the Operations Manager, checked whether we were satisfied and personally worked on resolving our issues. The airport shuttle was convenient and reliable. The team's hospitality is the main reason I might return, but the Wi-Fi, AC controls, and bedding need improvement.

The Valentine’s Day offer was a room for two with decorations, dinner, and breakfast for 50kd, and the dinner was fantastic, especially the range of seafood. Breakfast had lots of options and was great as well. The hotel was clean and organized, with all the facilities available, and the employees were very hospitable. Humidifiers in the halls kept spreading a lovely fragrance throughout the day. I’ll definitely come back.

We had a lovely dinner at Sky Zone Restaurant. The staff were really friendly, and the food was delicious. Hamed, Bola, Remon, and Aye made the visit even better. I’ll definitely come again!
