Mini Hotel Comfort

I got to the city at night and couldn't find anywhere else. I was surprised by how clean and tidy this place was.

I liked the place and would try to come back to the Comfort on another business trip to Shymkent. It's a clean, small, quiet, cozy, welcoming hotel, with spacious rooms, high ceilings, fresh linens, working bathrooms, and warmth. Aizhan, the hostess, is very welcoming. Breakfast is included and always hearty enough to last until lunch. The rooms also have bottled water, a refrigerator, TV, kettle, coffee, and tea bags, all covered by the per diem. Lunch or dinner can be arranged if requested, and parking is available. The costs are clear, with no shady deals.

This mini-hotel is next to the Arboretum and zoo, and suits anyone looking for peace, quiet, and a homely feel. It's a small two-story cottage; we stayed upstairs in room #3. The room was clean and spacious, with a sofa where two children slept, plus a large double bed that fit two adults and one child. It had firm orthopedic mattresses and pillows, white linens, slippers, a kettle, cups, tea, coffee, hairdryer, refrigerator, TV with Wi-Fi, towels, shampoo, soap, and air conditioning for heating or cooling. The courtyard was clean and had trees, with covered parking for three cars. Breakfast starts at 8 a.m. We had pumpkin rice porridge, tea, raspberry jam, cheese, sausage, bread, cookies, candies, and butter.

The owner was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. My room was comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. There was a secure parking spot for my motorcycle.
