They give you just one keycard per room, so if two people are staying there, you can't follow separate plans. I suggested having two cards and the women laughed at me in a group. They're rude and unhelpful, just saying “no” before walking away to gamble on their phones or whatever. I was appalled, especially since, as you can see in the picture below, they can replace cards and charge a fee. I even asked the tiny, arrogant, rude woman if I could pay 50 RMB, about 6 dollars, for another card, and she laughed me out of the building. Avoid at all costs unless you're traveling alone and specifically don't want two keycards. As most hotels do, this one also has what people call a “double room”, meaning a room for two people, who aren't necessarily romantically involved.

A large supermarket opposite makes it handy to buy things. The hotel is clean, simple and quiet, but a bit far from the old town. The room was small, with relatively old furniture. When I pulled the curtain to open the window, it fell to the ground, but the staff dealt with it very quickly. Breakfast was too simple.

The owner, his wife, and the staff all speak fluent English. The rooms were nice, the bathroom amazing, and breakfast good. Best hotel I've stayed at in Lao.

It's close to the Airport and North Bus Station, and the rooms are new and clean. Nice hotel, with extremely helpful staff, plus free breakfast and Wi-Fi.

The bed was so hard, and the water tap and toilet light were broken. I would never recommend it.
