The location is great, right by the river and near the night market. My room and the rest of the hotel were very clean, and the fresh-smelling linens and towels were lovely. Each day, housekeeping replaced the coffee and free water bottles. Everything in the room was well kept, including a new AC unit and hairdryer. The front desk gentleman was friendly, helpful, and always available. Even when I was sick, he helped me find a good clinic and a pharmacy with an English-speaking pharmacist. Reception can arrange shows, tours, and transport. Breakfast was delicious, with a full menu to choose from and fresh fruit for each person. A perfect stay!

We liked the location and room price so much that we added two more days to our Luang Prabang trip. It's less than a minute's walk from the main historic center, but still quiet enough for a comfortable night's sleep. Receptionist Adam was great at arranging tours and helping with small requests, including activity and restaurant suggestions. I'm already thinking about coming back.

We couldn't have asked for a better location in Luang Prabang, and we'll definitely come back. The rooms were spacious, clean, and fully equipped. Adam at reception was super helpful and gave us the assistance we needed.

Adam was a big help with useful tips and recommendations. The hotel has a charming, cozy colonial style, and its position in the old town is hard to beat: it's by the river, behind the best-known temples, and under a minute on foot from the monks' ceremony, which is handy since it starts very early. A perfect place to stay in Luang Prabang!

Everything works here, just at a relaxed pace. It's one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in, and I wish I could have stayed longer. When I'm back in LP, I'll stay here again without a doubt.
