The breakfast lady was lovely, and the rooms themselves were nice. The location seemed fresh, had great views, and was close to the bus station. Still, we expected more based on our research: there was no happy hour, restaurant, tour service, or Lao massage available. The young man at reception wasn't helpful with payment options, tours, taxis, general questions, or even extra water. There was no credit card option. In the bathroom, the towel rail fell down, the drains didn't work properly, and after a shower the whole floor was wet. We wanted to give a higher rating, but those things let us down.
