The room was a good size, with a comfortable bed, a lovely view, and hot water. Cleanliness could use a little improvement. The staff also tried to clean the room around 9 in the morning, knocking while we were still in bed. Then, as I packed my bags, they waited by the door for me to leave.

They let us check in without notice at 11pm, which was a plus. The room was very dark and had no air conditioning. The "bed" had no mattress and was extremely hard. Even in low season, they charged us 100k Kip for that dark room.

It's not amazing, but it's clearly the best choice in town. Plan on paying around 100 000 kip per night.
