It's an okay hotel in an old building, and the rooms and amenities are old too. Having a small refrigerator is a plus, but there's no security box in the room, which is a downside.

The place looks like it belongs in a horror movie. It's filthy, with stains everywhere. You'd be better off buying a tent and sleeping out in nature.
They seem to hand out rooms randomly. If you're checking in after 4pm, you might as well book the cheapest one. I paid for the most expensive room type and arrived at 6pm, but they gave me the cheapest room anyway.
Breakfast ended at 9:30 AM, but I hadn't realized that. I asked at reception if it was available until 10, and the receptionist may not have understood me, because they just said yes. I arrived at 9:20, and while I was still eating, staff began taking the food away. I asked why they were clearing it before I was finished. They said breakfast ended at 9:30. It was only 9:22, but they still removed everything and were very rude to me. The towels have faded to a dusty color, the water isn't hot, and the hotel itself is very old. Not all the staff understand customer service, and they can't speak English.
I saw them clean the room, but they didn't replace the sheets. They only smoothed out the wrinkles. I couldn't believe it.
