A really bad place for the price. The water heater didn't work, the lights were very dim, and there was no hair dryer. The whole property is run down. Avoid it.

We stayed four nights in a budget room on the 6th floor. Everything was nice apart from the lack of a window. The room was clean and got cleaned every morning, with fresh sheets and towels. Breakfast was okay, though we didn't try the porridge because it didn't look good. I'd rate it five stars, except that a windowless room feels really weird, and we didn't feel properly rested after sleeping with only the air conditioning on.

After touring Laos, we came back to Vientiane for the night we had reserved on November 20, but the hotel had no room set aside for us. We had stayed there for a week before leaving. A reservation should mean the room is waiting when you return.

The hotel looks lovely from outside, but the budget room was a letdown. It had no windows, a broken toilet and faucet, and a spiderweb. Even the toilet paper was down to its last sheet. It felt like they really didn't care. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
