When we got there, nobody seemed to know we were coming, and our reservation wasn't ready. The room was filthy and not fit to stay in: a huge spider was on the bed, there was a pair of broken flip-flops, and a dirty towel had been left on the floor. I've included photos showing how unacceptable it was. We told them we were leaving and asked to cancel, but they said they weren't the actual managers and couldn't process it. They claimed to be in touch with the manager, who supposedly agreed to cancel without a fee a few days later. That never happened. I've called several times and haven't had any response. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Based on it, I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. They still haven't processed the cancellation or refunded my money, keeping payment for a service they never provided. The whole thing has been frustrating, disappointing and completely unacceptable.

There's no parking. The owner is easy and nice to talk to. Check that both the front door and bedroom door close properly.

Shops and restaurants are all around, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a quiet hotel, about five minutes by taxi from the airport or 15 minutes on foot. I recommend it.

Handy for an early or late flight, since you can walk to the airport. The room was very spacious, with a fridge we didn't get to use much. The place is a little old and not very well maintained, but it was quiet enough at night.
