I wouldn't stay here again. The room was very old, with old furniture, and I don't think it looked like the pictures. I arrived late at night, and the receptionist on duty didn't speak English. Because the card payment wasn't working, through no fault of mine, he insisted on keeping my passport so I could pay the next day. The guy in the morning was really nice to me, but the rooms badly need renovation.

I stayed for 11 nights and the big, comfortable room felt like home. The staff were lovely and very helpful, and the location in the heart of Hamra was perfect, close to everything and near the sea. Fahad was especially kind and flexible when I had a booking problem and needed to extend my stay. I'll definitely come back on my next visit to Lebanon.

The location is the only good part. The place is poor quality, the service is very poor, and the value for the price is zero.

The hotel is very private and quiet, with a great location and good value. The staff were great, friendly and helpful, and made me feel at home right away. It's partly under renovation, so some rooms and suites have been refurbished while others are older. I changed rooms three times because of booking arrangements, and each room was comfortable and in good or acceptable condition. All had cooking facilities for self-catering, including a cooker, microwave, kettle, glassware and tableware. Any concerns with maintenance, cleaning or internet were dealt with immediately. Highly recommended, thank you 🙏🏻

A big disappointment. The hotel was dirty throughout, and the furniture was worn and old. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
