The staff were really friendly, and the atmosphere and weather were just great. The food was only average, though it seemed fair for the price. Better food would have made this a five-star experience.

The only thing I really liked about Le Maillon Café Broumana was the cool atmosphere. The food and service were a disaster. I tried the Ronny's Under Brick, and it tasted awful. The two little chicken breasts were hard as a rock and cold, and the sauce was nothing special. The portion was a joke. The Chicken Avocado Baguette nearly made me throw up. It didn’t come with avocado, so we had to order that on the side, and the baguette seemed at least two days old. I’ve had rotten cheese that was fresher. Service? What service? The shisha service was the only good part. We had to beg for attention and specifically ask for cutlery. We were celebrating a friend's birthday, and the waiter told us to give him 10 minutes' notice when we wanted the cake so he could clear the table. I called him when we were ready, but he brought it without tidying up. There were 27 of us, and we had to make room ourselves. He didn't even light the candles. What a mockery.

A really cozy hotel in a super nice setting. In summer you can use the pool, eat at Le Maillon, and get sushi from Ichiban.
