Everything was clean, and I liked my stay. My one very specific personal gripe was the breakfast timing. I booked to run the half marathon on 08-Feb-26, which was organized with the hotel’s partnership to host runners. The race began at 7:00 AM, but breakfast ended at 11:00 AM, too early for any of the runners to make it. I had to find breakfast elsewhere. The hotel should consider this when hosting people in long races like this.

Really good value for money, with very clean rooms, amazing staff, and two fine-dining restaurants serving delicious food. I’ve been there twice in two weeks. Amazing hotel.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, with great facilities, restaurants, and views. Our work group was there for a conference over the past few days, and the whole team looked after us so well. When I got sick, Cythia and her colleague took me to the hospital and made sure everything was sorted out, even though I could only speak English. I can’t recommend the hotel more for a trip to Lebanon.

I called to book a day at the heated indoor pool with my family. The prices were fine with me until I mentioned I’d be bringing my seven-month-old baby. Then they said they’d charge him as an adult. That was really disappointing and felt like stealing money.

This is my favourite hotel. I love it and never get bored of going there. The service is amazing, and the food is even better.
