Serenity At Coconut Bay - All Inclusive - Adults Only

We loved our five nights at Serenity at Coconut Bay. We enjoyed the calm, luxurious feel of Serenity, with the option to walk over to Coconut Bay for its swim-up bar, lazy river, slides, and the Jerk Treehouse, which was so good. The evening pool activities at Serenity were nice too. Our butler, McCarthy, was amazing, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Food was better than we expected. We had most dinners at The Greathouse, and used room service often. We also had a floating breakfast in our plunge pool. Everything was delicious. A couples massage in an oceanfront cabana surprised me too. I hadn't expected much from a resort massage, but Gabina was an amazing therapist, and the setting was beautiful. The beach is on the eastern side of the island, where the water is less clear, there's seaweed, and it can be choppy and windy. We made it work by renting the beach cabanas. They were lovely, with a stocked cooler and towels, and food could be delivered there. Also, be ready to feel spoiled when you get home and have to make your own coffee, draw your own bath, and turn down your own sheets. 5/5, we'd definitely go back.

Quade, our butler, made things extra special. He arranged excursions away from the resort and even sorted special arrangements when our flight home was delayed. At dinner, Solange was our waitress most nights, and she, Ginel, and Toya made us feel like old friends. They were so kind and deserve all the praise. We spent our honeymoon at Serenity, and it was magical. The resort was clean, beautiful, and felt safe, and the whole staff was welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and fun. We can't say enough good things about Serenity. Thank you so much for everything!

The best part was how easy everything felt. Our butler Ali had a dedicated phone, and whenever we messaged, things were handled right away, from food and cocktails to spa bookings, transport, and beach setup. We had an on-villa massage that was wonderful. The team made relaxing feel like our only job. A complimentary beach cabana day was just as effortless, with a golf cart ride, everything organised, and food and drinks available while we lounged. We spent two nights at Serenity at Coconut Bay for my birthday, and it was the best hotel stay I've ever had. This couples-only luxury enclave connected to Coconut Bay feels like its own peaceful little world, with a small number of private plunge-pool villas and 24/7 butler service. Our villa was spotless, felt new, and was set up for comfort and privacy. We loved the soaking tub and the floating lounger in the private pool. That small detail made it hard to leave the water. The all-inclusive setup was the most impressive we've seen. The cocktail list was huge, and everything felt premium and generous. Dining was à la carte, and the food was genuinely restaurant quality, not just good for an all-inclusive. For my birthday they decorated the room, prepared a bath, set up a special dinner, and brought cake. Those touches felt personal. There were themed pool evenings, including karaoke night and a fire show, which added fun without making it feel like a noisy party. It stayed romantic and focused on couples. UVF airport is only minutes away, which made arrival and departure incredibly easy. We barely noticed aircraft noise. We regretted booking only two nights. I had the best birthday of my life there, and we're already talking about coming back for a proper honeymoon or anniversary-style stay.

The people are what make Serenity so good. Most of the staff were the same as during our first visit, which suggests it's a good place to work. Returning guests were treated like old friends. Our butler Kaisha took care of every need in detail, from our first pre-trip message until we left. When Kaisha had a day off, Kert stepped in, and Ethan, our butler in 2024, checked in on us too. Toya and Charles, along with bartenders Kevin and Ray, kept the drinks coming. The Greathouse staff kept us well fed, and Darick and Jonathan looked after us during two dinners at Silk on the Verandah (Cbay). Housekeeping, including Garvey, Vaniah, Trisha, and Christy, took immaculate care of the suite day and night. I can't name everyone who made the trip special. Jonathan, the "coconut man," really sums up the service here: always smiling, top notch, and willing to go above and beyond. Ask him for a Jonathan Special drink if you see him. You won't be disappointed. My wife and I came back recently for our second visit. We first stayed in Feb 2024 and called it an off the charts experience, our most relaxing vacation ever. As of Feb 2026, that hasn't changed. The service is consistently top notch, the food and drinks are five star quality, and the suites are luxurious. In 2024 we had the largest Grand Plunge Suite, which was amazing. This time we booked a "regular" Plunge Suite. It was a little smaller, as expected, but still luxurious inside and out, with the same level of service. Until we meet again, Serenity friends.
