The food and drinks were excellent, and the atmosphere was the highlight of my stay. The rooms and facilities, though, were disappointing. Some rooms are in very poor condition and fell short of what I expected, so I’d check the actual room in person before reserving. I also found the meal plan arrangements confusing. When I asked for H/B, the manager suggested booking just the room and ordering food and drinks separately from the à la carte menu. Management coordination needs work, too. The place has potential, but the facilities, room quality, and communication need serious improvement.

The restaurant had plenty of choice, and everything tasted delicious, arrived fresh, and looked nicely presented. The staff were polite, professional, and quick to help. Thanks to the team for making my stay so pleasant, and for giving complimentary food for 6 plates.

I held my wedding at this hotel, and the service was top notch. I spoke with the chef and everything was handled well. The food tasted great, and both the full board room they gave us and the meals were excellent. I can definitely recommend this place.
