The service was friendly, and the room had a very good view and was in great condition. Breakfast was really good, especially the Sri Lankan breakfast, fruit, and tea. You can also ask them to prepare rice and curry for lunch or dinner. From this place, Little Adam's Peak, Ravana Waterfall, Mahamewna Temple, and tea plantations are all about 10-15 minutes away. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Ella, I highly recommend it. Thank you, viyanga homestay, for everything 🤍🌸👋

My favorite part was sitting on the covered balcony just outside our room. The view was incredible, and we could stay out there even when the afternoon rain came. We spent five nights here a few weeks ago. It’s a lovely family-run guest house, with clean rooms, really comfortable beds, and helpful, friendly hosts who made us tea in the morning. It’s a few minutes from Ella and much better value than the places in the town center, especially if you have your own transport. Definitely recommend it!

We booked on a whim at the last minute and really enjoyed our stay. The family running the place were all super nice and helpful. Breakfast came with a view, and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms and bathroom were clean, which was the most important thing for us.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the rooms and bathrooms were spotless. This family-run homestay has such warm, welcoming hospitality. We had a fantastic, cozy stay and highly recommend it!
