Yoho Rawana Mountain View

Chali and her family made our stay so good. Chali was caring and kind, answered all our questions, and organised activities for us. Her dad made breakfast each morning and drove us around in his tuktuk. You can also rent their scooter by the day or longer at a very affordable price, which is a great way to get around independently. The room was clean and nice, and the location was beautiful, about 10 minutes from the main road. We loved having breakfast looking out at Ella's jungle. I really can't recommend this place enough, and I'll send my friends here too. Thank you so much ☺️

We spent three nights at Rawana Mountain View and would recommend it to couples and solo travelers. The room was spacious, very clean, and almost looked brand new. Breakfast each morning came with a beautiful view over the valley. Chali was so lovely from the first day and helped us with lots of things. We made good use of the scooter they rent out, and Chali’s father also offers TukTuk service. 100/10 ⭐️ Thank you! ♥️

The hosts are really lovely, and the four-person room is large, clean, and modern. No AC, but there's a fan and it did the job well enough. The main thing to consider is the location: it's a 30-minute uphill walk to Ella central, so you'll depend a bit on a Tuk Tuk. The owner drives one and can give you a ride for less than other drivers. The hill does bring a lovely view, and you can hear a nearby waterfall.

The family is super friendly, and breakfast with a view is both lovely and delicious. You can get laundry done at the homestay or rent a scooter, which is handy since walking into town isn't really an option. There's no AC, but opening the windows gives the room a jungle feel, and there's a fan too. A mosquito net and warm, cozy sheets are provided. The monkeys nearby are very calm. The road next to the homestay can be a bit noisy during the day and evening, though nights are quiet. We'd definitely recommend it!
