A wonderful place to stay. The location is fantastic, with everything you might need nearby. The rooms and pool are great, and best of all, the family who run it are lovely, kind, and so welcoming.

We felt very welcome at Avon Villa. The hosts were so kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. The villa was spotless and well equipped, with a great pool to relax beside. The beach is just a five-minute walk away. Highly recommend it for a comfortable, enjoyable stay in Hikkaduwa!

The kids loved staying here, and there's a wonderful pool. The owner is lovely, super friendly, and helpful. The property looks amazing and feels very relaxing. The rooms are spacious, with separate bedrooms and a bathroom, plus a small kitchen and living room. There's warm water and AC too. I'd give this hotel and its very good service 10/10. Thank you!

A lovely family-run business in a central location. The rooms were large and spotless. We hardly spent any time at the pool, but it was warm and clean. I'd definitely recommend it!

I had a great time here. The hosts were very kind and helpful, and the sea is only a two-minute walk away. Comfortable rooms and a nice pool, too. Great value for money. Highly recommend 😉
