The calm, pleasant atmosphere worked well for dinner with friends or a special occasion, and the service was both professional and friendly. The food was fresh and delicious, with quality ingredients. Our seafood was tender and full of flavour, cooked just right and served with a delicate sauce that added to it without taking over. The portion was generous and carefully presented. I’d happily return and recommend the place.

The restaurant sits above the main road, so you get a good view of the traffic below. It has a friendly atmosphere and a setting that feels distinctive and comfortable. The staff make sure your evening goes well, and the portions are huge. My seafood curry was so tasty, the best I’ve had in Sri Lanka. Definitely worth a visit.

We had drinks and enjoyed the live music, and there were board games and cards too. The menu was fine, though prices were high, but nothing unusual for the area. It’s on the main road, up a steep flight of stairs, so it isn’t wheelchair friendly.

The atmosphere is great, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. There’s a good range on the menu, including some signature dishes served in a distinctive way. We had the capital special rice and loved it. Highly recommended. I’ll visit again. Hats off to the chef.

The place feels warm, with lots of plants, timber and some clever design touches. My yellow chicken curry and garlic butter calamari were delicious, and the staff gave great service.
