The lobby has a beautiful view and a relaxing feel, so it makes a strong first impression. But the stay itself wasn't as comfortable as I'd hoped. There were no proper toiletries or tissue paper in the room, and we didn't have large water bottles or room slippers either. Those basics being absent was noticeable. Getting around can also be difficult: there's no lift, only stairs, and the steps up to the second floor are quite steep. That could be hard for older guests or anyone carrying heavy luggage, so the hotel should make this clear beforehand or improve access. The hotel has a nice outlook but falls short on convenience and basic amenities. Average stay, mainly good for the view.

We had a clean room and liked the hotel's location. The food we ordered from the à la carte menu was tasty, and breakfast was delicious too. From our first call to book, the way the phone was answered gave us a very good impression. Staff stayed extremely friendly and polite throughout. We highly recommend it for a comfortable stay.

Mr. Chameera took especially good care of us, checking in kindly and making sure our needs were handled promptly. The whole team was polite, friendly, and ready to help, and his warm, professional manner made a real difference. Everything from arrival to checkout ran smoothly. The rooms were clean, well kept, and had the necessary amenities. It was peaceful, the food and facilities were up to the mark, and things were managed efficiently. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel. We'd be glad to visit again.

We've stayed at few hotels as good as this one. The staff were friendly, and both the service and location were excellent. A lift would make it much better for older guests.

The veranda where breakfast is served has a spectacular view, and the location is great. Staff were extremely attentive and helpful, and breakfast was varied and absolutely delicious. Our room was clean and spacious, but its window opened onto the corridor. We had to keep the curtains shut for privacy, which left the room without natural light. Other rooms were likely better.
