The owner was very friendly and took care of what we needed without hesitation. The food was superb, and the dining area upstairs has a beautiful view. The place is right in front of Cinnamon Citadale, and I’d choose it again on future visits to Kandy.

The hotel manager at Sara was really friendly and helped me with the hospital when I was sick. The breakfast area has a great outlook, and Sara is a handy base for sightseeing around Kandy by tuk tuk. For a bigger dinner, there’s an option just across the street at the 'Cinnamon Citadel'.

The rooftop restaurant and its mountain surroundings are especially lovely, and the luxury rooms are fantastic. It’s very close to Kandy town, with all the facilities available. The setting is interesting and calming, and the staff provide high quality service. I’d recommend staying here.

It’s about 10 minutes from KANDY city centre and good value for money. The hotel was tidy and very clean, and the staff were helpful and nice. I had a spectacular stay and would highly recommend it.
