The Mahaweli River was visible from this peaceful, beautiful place up on a hill. I stayed one night. The staff were friendly, the food was very tasty, and both the room and bathroom were clean. I'd recommend it for a vacation.

The room was a welcome place to rest after our scooter ride, and we slept well. It was clean and tidy, with a cozy, comfortable bed and a sparkling clean washroom. The balcony up top had a view, and the resort felt like a peaceful hideout for relaxing. The rates were very reasonable, and everything looked well managed. I’d recommend Riverline Resort for a holiday or a laid-back break. I came from Arugambay with a friend to pick up some documents in Kandy and booked one night at Riverline Resort. I expected to arrive around 11pm, but rain meant we had to stop many times, and we reached at 12:40pm. I hadn’t been able to let them know we’d be late, and I felt bad about not informing them sooner. The woman who showed us to our room welcomed us with a smile and was very kind despite the late arrival.
