The Summit Kandy

A big bonus is the on-demand tuk-tuk service, which gets you into Kandy in just 10 minutes, and the hotel has stunning views over the city. The team are professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, making you feel at home as soon as you arrive. This was easily our best accommodation in Sri Lanka. The spacious rooms were spotlessly clean and had excellent Wi-Fi, and breakfast had a great selection of high-quality food. It feels like a true five-star hotel that could easily charge more. Highly recommended.

We celebrated our anniversary at the Summit and had a fabulous experience. The dining was marvellous, with a fantastic variety of cuisines, and it felt worth every penny. Our suite had a breathtaking view, and the room was clean and well organized. The staff were friendly and helpful in every way. Highly recommend it.

The view through the cloudy hills was stunning, and the scenery from our room was exceptional. The place sits in the Hanthana mountains, a little away from bustling Kandy, and feels perfect for a quiet break. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with green mountains visible through the glass windows. The staff were incredibly friendly, gave us a warm welcome, and provided excellent service throughout. The food was delicious and nicely presented. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful getaway with breathtaking views.

They surprised my husband with a birthday cake on the rooftop, which was so kind and thoughtful. Breakfast was lovely too, and the view is spectacular. The summit completely exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond. Highly recommend for a stay in Kandy.
