There’s a lot of room for improvement here, and I’m saying this so your holiday or special night isn’t spoiled. The staff don’t seem to know how to handle guests, and the manager doesn’t know how to treat them. Breakfast wasn’t good, and it felt like we had to eat whatever was served. The rooms look nice, but the AC doesn’t cool them enough.

The manager, Mr Ghayana, tried his best to help and keep guests happy, and he’s the reason I’m giving an extra star. The rooms are small but have the basics well arranged, including a flat screen TV and A/C, and everything works. It’s meant for a short stop, so set your expectations accordingly and you won’t be disappointed.

The staff were very nice and helpful, and Restaurant hide and seek is down in the basement, with an Indian chef. The food was quite good, though a bit expensive. Still, I don’t think the hotel is worth what you pay. It may suit a transit stop or one night, but the beds aren’t proper and the corridor lighting is very poor.

We came here unexpectedly about two months ago because we couldn’t find anywhere else to eat, and it was much better than we expected. The portions were huge, the food was awesome, and it wasn’t too pricey. The staff were friendly and supportive as well. We’ll definitely choose clarion hub for our next meal, and I’d recommend it to anyone.

We stopped here on 24-9-2018 as a temporary arrangement. The breakfast was good, and the room and bathroom were clean, neat, and well maintained.
