I've been coming to Grand 7 Hotel for years, often when I have guests over for a meal. The food's good, and the service has always been attentive and easy. While we were waiting for our cab, a security gentleman kindly brought a chair for my mother. I really appreciated that thoughtful gesture. A pleasant meal and warm hospitality.

The portions were a decent size, and everything tasted delicious. It was my first time trying the restaurant today, and the service was excellent. I'll be back.

I was very disappointed with my stay. I misplaced my reading glasses, but management didn't seem to make any effort to help find them. They didn't check the CCTV footage or help look for the item. It came across as careless, or possibly dishonest. I'd strongly advise people to stay away.

The peaceful farm views from the balcony made for a relaxing stay, and the hotel was very clean. I've stayed here four times now, and each visit has been wonderful. The food is excellent, and the restaurant and bar are both fantastic. Staff were kind and provided great service. One senior staff member speaks Tamil; most others speak English, though their English is fairly basic. There are plenty of stores nearby too. I highly recommend the hotel and plan to return.

I've stopped by several times for beer and tasty bites. The service is really friendly, and there's parking available, even along the roadside.
