The people here made the stay feel really welcoming, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the location worked well for getting around. The owner can arrange scooters too, so just ask if you need one. I stayed three nights and would have happily stayed a month if I could. A great pick for backpackers and hitchhikers. I’d recommend it to anyone 😄

The owners were helpful and welcoming, and the lady makes the best pancakes :) We also found this to be the best breakfast we had in Sri Lanka, especially for the price. There’s private parking, and the place is close to the fishing beach. Laundry service, hot water in the shower, and good internet are available too.

The room and bathroom were both roomy and clean, with plenty of hot water. I’d booked a double room with an ensuite and arrived very early, but they greeted me cheerfully and showed me in. After a shower, I had a delicious breakfast in the garden under the jak fruit tree. I stayed three nights near the end of my six-week trip around Sri Lanka. The owners were so helpful, and having a kitchen and fridge for guests was handy. I’ll book at Dilan Guest House again when I’m back in the Mirissa area later this year.

We only planned one night, but ended up staying four! The family is amazing, and we’ll miss them. The room was comfortable, everything was really clean, and it was very cheap. Breakfast was included too, which was great.

The price for what you get is just super, and a special thanks for the great breakfasts 🔥. When we arrived, they welcomed us with fresh-squeezed juice, which was really nice. Everyone was open-minded and happy to help with any questions. I recommend this place 👍🏽
