We had a great one-night stay at perfect view. Leonard welcomed us and was so warm and friendly. The room had everything we needed, including a mosquito net, AC, fan, and full bathroom. Breakfast was served on our patio the next morning, and it was a feast. The hotel is right beside secret beach, which was a real treat, and the views are lovely too. I'd highly recommend it.

The connected balconies on the upper floors can limit privacy, since hosts or other guests may walk past. Set cleaning times or better separation would help with that. Also, the hotel sits on a hill, so getting around means walking or taking a tuktuk, which might not work for everyone. That said, the view of the sea really lives up to Perfect View Hotel's name. It's a lovely family-run place, and I appreciated the welcome juice and honeymoon decorations. The family were kind, sweet, and generous, which made our stay more enjoyable. Secret Beach is a five-minute walk away, and the main town and beach are a short tuktuk ride.

The owners deserve a lot of credit for how well everything ran, even though the six new upper rooms had only opened a week before our stay. We heard the bottom three rooms had been open for a few seasons already. The food was amazing: on our first night they prepared a freshly caught fish just for us and grilled it. The restaurant and balcony views are gorgeous, and Secret Beach and Freedom Beach are within walking distance. A lovely place to relax, enjoy Mirissa, and be looked after. We loved it and will be back!

The terrace and its gorgeous view were fantastic, and the service was really good. They also offer vegan breakfast options. Just remember the place is up a hill, so you have to walk or pay 500lkr for a tuktuk. For a stay in Mirissa, it's hard to beat the view.

We felt part of the family from the moment we arrived, and the welcome fruit juice was such a nice touch. Leonard and his son and family were incredibly sweet hosts. The place was spotless, and the food, including breakfast, was cooked so well. Our room was on one of the new second or third floors, and we were the first guests to stay in it. It had a private balcony overlooking the sea, plus an outdoor seating area. The views are gorgeous, and you can walk to ‘secret beach’ in about five minutes or take a tuk tuk to the main town and beach in the same time. We’ll miss this place and the people there. Such a lovely stay, and I’d definitely recommend it. Thank you ❤️
