The pool area was a great place to unwind, with comfy chairs and sofas, and the whole place felt calm and quiet. We had a double room that was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed, TV, mini-fridge, and a well-kept bathroom. Breakfast was really nice for what we paid, and a big shoutout to the decent, friendly staff.

We loved the delicious breakfast, and on our last morning they packed a picnic breakfast for us before the airport. They also gave us a free ride there with a lovely driver. The staff were so kind and helpful, and we met the owner, Amid, who is a lovely person. Our ground-floor room opened right onto the amazing swimming pool. You can buy a cold beer there, and they can arrange an Ayurvedic massage. We spent two nights at this lovely hotel, which was great value for money. Everything was excellent, and we hope to come back one day. 100% recommended!

Booking this place for one night on short notice worked out really well. Our flight landed very early in the morning, before we continued on to Sigiriya. We slept comfortably, the bed was excellent, and it was completely quiet.

We arrived late and left early, so I can't comment on much. The pool looked lovely, and the staff were really friendly and spoke very good English, which made communication easy. There were quite a few mosquitoes in the room, but it wasn't a big issue. For the price, it was a good hotel, and it's not too far from the airport.

The staff were fantastic. We lost a bag in a ‘pick me’ ride, and they handled all the communication to get it back. They also booked us massages at a lovely spa, with pickup from the hotel, and were kind and service-minded throughout. Communication before our stay was quick and accommodating, the rooms were nice, and the pool area was lovely. We had an amazing stay at Hotel Cloud Nine. Highly recommend.
