The location is good, but the rooms weren't very clean and the service was just okay. There were lots of mosquitoes around the hotel and pool area, though I didn't see them elsewhere in Negombo. The pool had small animals in it, so I wouldn't use it. You also have to carry your bags up the stairs. There are better places at the same price.

The receptionist helped a lot with arranging my transport to Dambula. My room and bathroom were clean, the AC worked, breakfast was nice, and the staff were very friendly.

The ocean view was beautiful, and it was only a five-minute walk to the sea. The hosts were so warm, breakfast was good, and the room stayed nicely cool.

We spent two nights in room 110. It was bright, clean, and had A/C. Breakfast was included, and the man serving it was especially friendly. He kept our tea topped up and checked we had enough toast. The hospitality was excellent and made us feel special.

We felt relaxed and well looked after, and would definitely come back. Room 109 was tidy, very clean, and super comfortable. The pool was clear and well maintained. We had a great evening snack with ginger tea, then a lovely breakfast of string hoppers, omelets, tasty curries, tea, and pain roll. Staff were welcoming and very helpful, especially the professional, kind person at reception. There were some mosquitoes during the day, which is common around Negombo and not the property's fault. Staff lit coils and tried to manage them; electric vaporizers in the rooms might help in future. The shower pressure in room 109 was quite low, and I hope it gets fixed soon.
