Really kind staff and a perfect breakfast. The hotel was very nice and clean, and my room had no insects. The windows and doors shut properly. It’s well placed for getting to both the airport and Negombo city. My favourite hotel in Sri Lanka!

We arrived late at night after our flight, and the hosts stayed up to help us check in. They’re some of the friendliest people you’ll meet in Sri Lanka, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The villa is in a quiet spot, with good restaurants and the beach within walking distance. One of my favourite stays here. Thanks for such a great visit, we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

The beach is only a five-minute walk away, and the villa was a wonderful place to stay. The owner was very kind and made sure we had what we needed. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The internet was a little weak at times, which was the one downside. The experience felt up to European standards, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Janet and her staff were so welcoming and attentive, and Janet is a lovely person. We had a great stay at Maria Villa. The house and our room were clean, comfortable, and pleasant, and the breakfast was really good. The location worked very well for us. Thanks so much!
