The staff made us feel cared for from check-in through dining. They were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the resort had a peaceful atmosphere and stunning ocean views. A wonderful stay by the beach, highly recommend for a relaxing, memorable getaway! ❤️❤️❤️👍👍

The buffet was a real highlight, with lots of tasty choices for different tastes. The fresh seafood and local flavors stood out. Pigeon Island Beach Resort sits along beautiful Nilaveli beach, and the atmosphere was relaxing and rejuvenating. We found the rooms spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, a lovely retreat after a day in the sun. From the moment we arrived, the management and staff welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to make us feel valued and comfortable. Thanks for an unforgettable stay. Highly recommended for a peaceful beach getaway with top-notch service and amenities. We'll definitely be back! 🌴

The location is the one real plus: right by the beach, with a very nice pool. But with the same view, you could book much better hotels. The manager is creepy, service was inefficient, and food was often out of stock or just okay at best. Our attached washroom wasn't maintained and had to be fixed twice during our two-day stay. Housekeeping was inefficient as well, and the access road was barely there and very bumpy. Not recommended.

We really enjoyed our two nights here, and the staff were welcoming and very friendly. The Ayurvedic massage was relaxing and well done. The place could be maintained a little better, but we had a wonderful experience overall.

The beach is absolutely stunning, but the staff made the stay frustrating and disappointing. They were unfriendly and didn't deliver the room service we ordered. Their lack of professionalism really took away from the charm of the place.
