I was very disappointed with my stay at Hill Paradise. The floors were dirty, the surroundings were unkempt, and there seemed to be no maintenance anywhere. It looked like the place hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. Even basic cleanliness was lacking, which made the whole stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. I definitely wouldn’t recommend Hill Paradise to anyone looking for a clean and enjoyable place to stay.

My tour group arranged my one-night stay at Hill Paradise. The room was spacious, with two single beds and a large, newer bathroom. The chef’s food was AMAZING, and I wish I could’ve had more than dinner and breakfast. The plates looked amazing too, 5 star! The main drawback was the noise. The rooms are all on the same floor and very close to the kitchen, so you can hear the pots and pans and kitchen staff at night and in the morning. The lobby areas also need a good cleaning.

We paid 24,000 for two rooms, and they were the most disgusting rooms I’ve ever seen. The rooms, sheets, and bathrooms were all dirty. Please don’t stay at this awful place.

I travel a lot and have never run into this kind of problem with Agoda before. Our booking had been confirmed in the app, but when we arrived, they told us there were no rooms available. They hadn’t cancelled the booking, either. If a hotel accepts a booking, it should let the guest know about a problem like this.

The staff were friendly, and food is available if you order it ahead of time. The price was affordable, but the rooms were in poor condition. Management needs to visit regularly and check how the hotel is being kept.
