The owner is caring, friendly, and supportive, and the rates are really reasonable. We had comfortable beds and blankets in the balcony room, which had the best view of gregory lake and the mountains. Hot water pressure was a little slow, but manageable. It's about 350 meters up a fairly steep hill from the main road. You can walk up if you don't have big luggage, and vehicles can get in and park there too. I'd like to stay again on my next trip to Nuwara-Eliya.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the price is budget friendly. It's very close to Gregory lake, with a city view. The owner is friendly and supportive. Highly recommended ✌️✌️

The owner was friendly and supportive, and the welcome and hospitality were great. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beautiful view from our room's balcony. One of the best hotels I've visited. Hope to come back, thank you. 💐

Mr.Manjula was probably the best host I've had. He helped from my first call to book, then gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. We got a room with a view, and it was roomy enough for two. The bathroom was clean and had a hot shower. The spot is 450m up a pleasant little hill from the main road, with probably the best view of Gregory Lake and the mountains. We enjoyed walking up, though there is parking for vehicles too. We stayed two nights and felt it was worth the money. The hospitality stood out compared with other places I've stayed. It's not luxurious, but definitely good value and felt like home.

For a reasonable budget, you get lovely hospitality from a friendly, kind, and supportive owner. The balcony view is amazing, too. It was a pleasant stay, and if you need an affordable place, this is the one.
