The staff were lovely and did their best to make us comfortable, and the service was excellent. Our room was a decent size with the facilities we needed, and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was a good buffet, and they made an extra effort to arrange what we requested. The hotel is convenient in every way and just a short walk from town. We’ll definitely visit again.

The hotel team made the stay especially memorable. They were friendly, flexible, and attentive, with Kelum, Shakeeb, and Sydney going above and beyond to make sure things were right. Our clean, well-maintained room was comfortable, and room service was reliable and efficient. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh, excellent quality, and satisfying every morning. I highly recommend this hotel for its hospitality, cleanliness, and service. Regards, Faisal

The sunrise view is beautiful, and even in cold weather the rooms stay comfortable. Bathrooms have hot water, and there’s a lovely balcony. The staff communicate well and are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and great for relaxing. You can book one to suit your preferences, and for the price it’s one of the best budget-friendly stays in Nuwara Eliya. I love Panaroma Green Hotel. Whenever I return to Nuwara Eliya, it’ll be my first choice. Highly recommended! Thank you, Panaroma Green Hotel!

The staff were very accommodating, especially Sydney, and really all of them were great. My room was fairly clean, but the mould smell was strong. I was on the lower ground floor after asking for a quiet room, and there are clearly drainage issues. My towel wouldn’t dry. I was there over New Year’s, when it was very busy. Concerts across the road at Victoria Park brought music, crackers, and screaming children until 2 am on two of my three nights. Sleeping wasn’t possible.

The view is awesome, breakfast was lovely, and it’s a budget-friendly place. The staff were friendly and helpful, and took care of all our requests, including a very late check-in that many hotels don’t offer. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. 😊
