The staff were extremely helpful, and it’s a very good hotel. A bit expensive, though.

A new, aesthetic hotel, 10 out of 10, I recommend it. You’re living in nature, surrounded by birds, monkeys, and squirrels 😍🐿️. It’s five minutes from the main Merissa beach and Lava restaurant. I celebrated my birthday there, and the staff brought me a cake with a candle. That was amazing 🥰

Darshika at reception and Kasun at the Hotel were very good, and both the hotel and staff are excellent. But management tries to be smart. The pictures online are for Somerset Eco, while the location shown is Somerset beach, so you have to ask them to give you Somerset eco.

Kasun and Prasan were always smiling and ready to help, and the rest of the staff were just as kind. The food was great, and I loved the pool. We had a great stay!
