If reception doesn’t want to let you park your vehicle there, you have to find parking yourself. The owner or the people looking after this place need to learn what customer service should be like.

No Name Rest in Unawatuna was calm and peaceful, and we had a great stay. We booked the family room, which had hot water and air conditioning, and it was clean and comfortable. Parking for our vehicle was convenient too. Thanks for the excellent service. We highly recommend No Name Rest to anyone visiting Unawatuna 🤙🏻💎

They asked for 500 LKR for 1 hour of parking. Worst ever! Never go there, it’s a scam!!!

We loved sitting on the lovely balcony, shaded by palm trees, and watching the monkeys, birds, and squirrels. The rooms are large, comfortable, and well furnished, and the helpful hosts make it feel like home. It’s only a few steps from the beautiful beach, and the Wi-Fi is excellent too!

The owner, John, was lovely and made sure we were comfortable and that all our requests were taken care of. The traditional breakfast was de-li-cious! My family and I spent one night at No Name Rest and had an amazing time. The rooms and bathrooms were pristine, and full air conditioning was a godsend on warm, humid nights. The hotel exceeded our expectations. 10/10, would recommend. Go show some love to a fellow Aussie neighbour!
