Great value for budget travellers, with kind owners and a handy location. The place is basic, but they even gave me fruit from the garden for free. Highly recommend.

Sarath is a really nice owner and made my stay very pleasant. The gardens are lovely, with plenty of animals to see. My room was basic but large, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had lots of space.

The garden is full of animals and beautiful birds, and the owners are really nice and available if you need them. They can lend you a mask for snorkelling. This is a wonderful guest house.

The owner is a great guy who speaks good English, and this may be the cheapest place to sleep very close to Unawatuna Beach and the main street. The guest house is extremely cheap. Our room had no window, so we wouldn't consider staying for a long time.
