Ayana Sea

We had a quiet, romantic break in one of the pool villas, which was beautiful and thoughtfully built. The rooms were exceptional, and the staff were attentive, kind, and very accommodating. The food and drinks were delicious too. Padmini, the spa treatment lady, gave me a really good massage. We highly recommend Ayana sea and will definitely be back.

We only stayed one night, but loved the food. Everything was fresh, portions were just right, and the menu changed with each meal. They’d bring more if we asked, and the restaurant staff were very accommodating. The rooms were spacious, neat, and equipped with all the little details. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. We did have trouble with the keys several times, and the adjoining rooms made privacy a bit difficult. Still, we had a great stay. It’s a lovely spot for a family getaway. All the best to the team!

Ayana Sea is a magical beachfront spot in Wadduwa, with a warm welcome and attentive service. General manager Mr. Laksiri Dharshana runs things with real professionalism, and Mr. Gayan and Mr. Sanjula looked after us so well. Their cocktails were absolutely perfect. The food was breathtaking, with color and delicate aromas throughout. There’s a wide menu, including delicate fish, succulent Australian beef, and plenty of other international choices. A huge thank you to the whole Ayana team. This is a place you have to experience.

Direct access to a quiet, uncrowded beach was one of the best parts of our stay at Ayana Sea. We felt like we had it almost to ourselves. Our pool villa was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was good, including a couple of evening snacks from the à la carte menu with reasonable portions. They also offer in-room dining for main meals. The only small issue was privacy at the front of the villa, where staff were often cleaning the outdoor area. Once, someone came in to clear leaves from our private pool while we were using it, which interrupted our privacy a little.
