Barasti Beach Resort has free private parking and Wi-Fi throughout, plus an on-site restaurant and barbecue. You can see the sea from here. The rooms have air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, and some also have a seating area. There’s a 24-hour front desk, and bikes and cars are available to hire. Fishing is popular in the area. Wadduwa is 31 km from Colombo, with Bentota 29 km away and Mount Lavinia 19 km away. Bandaranaike International Airport is 56 km from the resort.

The beach is nice, and the staff are really friendly. Service was good too, though the place is a bit pricey.

The people were good, but the check-in and check-out times weren’t set up for travelers.
