I loved watching the sunrise from our room, which had a fabulous view over a “kind of” courtyard. The room was lovely, and they kindly brought me a kettle when I asked. The bathroom had a heated floor and plenty of hot water, though our heater kept turning off even with the switch on. I’m sure they’d have fixed it if I’d called. There’s nobody on site, which takes some getting used to if you haven’t prepared for it, but we didn’t feel neglected. Breakfast is a five-minute walk away. It was 3 degrees C, but as others have said, it’s definitely worth it. The location is PERFECT in winter: far enough from the town hall Christmas Market, with ice skating, that we didn’t hear its loud music. It was so quiet and peaceful. The photos are bad, but here’s the view from our room. Recommend.

We booked at the last minute for one night, and couldn’t have chosen better. There’s no reception at the hotel, so we went to the nearby Narutis hotel, 300 m away, where the receptionist was super nice and gave us all the information. Communication had been smooth and easy beforehand. Our room was clean, cozy, and very quiet at night. Breakfast at the 5* Narutis hotel was simply perfect, with stunning food, a wide range of freshly made dishes and pastries, and champagne. I’ll definitely stay again on my next visit to Vilnius!

The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, and you can walk anywhere in the old town from this perfect location. There are loads of great restaurants and shops nearby. Just be aware breakfast is served at another hotel, a three-minute walk away. It’s 5*, though, so breakfast is pretty good, with free-flowing sparkling wine!

The interior is absolutely lovely, and the bed was cozy and comfortable. The rooms have everything you need, and breakfast at Narutas' had plenty of options for everyone. Parking is free, though the calling system is weird. At least you can park right in the middle of the old town. You can explore the town easily without extra transport, so I’d definitely recommend it.

Breakfast was tasty, the staff were nice, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The room had a spacious bathroom, and the price was reasonable. They also gave us a spa coupon as a welcome gift. My room's Wi-Fi signal was very weak, though. There's no restaurant in the hotel, so you have to go to one about five minutes away, and the three-story building has no elevator. The water feels slippery, as if there may not be a softener on the water supply. Anyone with sensitive skin might want to keep that in mind.
