The room was clean and small, but fine for one person. Getting the key was a hassle: nobody was at reception when I arrived, and ringing several times and calling the supplied number got no answer. It turned out the staff were between shifts, so I waited over 30 minutes. The bigger issue was sleep. My ground-floor room was only a few steps from a busy intersection, and there was almost no soundproofing. Cars, engines and loud music carried into the room all evening and early morning. I couldn't sleep at all, not even for a minute, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet night.

The staff were really helpful, and their English was very good. I had to leave early on my last day, and the doorman even caught up with me to bring a breakfast box. Had a nice stay!

The room was never cleaned during our two nights there. We asked the desk for information, but the guy seemed bored and wasn't helpful. The hotel itself was fine, though the service was terrible.

If the hotel considers 75 cm beds acceptable, I think it should be rated two stars so guests know what to expect. The same applies to having no proper breakfast area, which plenty of hotels manage without, but their star rating should reflect it. It seems clear you've invested in the hotel recently, and that's why I'm leaving this feedback. This is the second time I've come away thinking Google isn't a good place to review hotels anymore. I may have to go back to old-fashioned TripAdvisor.
