I had a good stay and liked the cafe and facilities. My room was clean. Still, there was no cleaning for six days, and someone left a full rubbish bucket by my door. On Friday and Saturday night, someone in the nearest room tried to get into the wrong room a couple of times.

I’ve returned to Urbihotel several times for tennis events at SEB Arena, always with someone who uses a wheelchair. It’s especially convenient for the arena, with accessible, comfortable rooms and easy parking. There are good places to eat and relax nearby, and the hotel also works well for reaching the city center, public transport, and shopping malls. We’ve always had an easy, pleasant stay, and I recommend it.

I wish I’d realized before booking that the hotel sits between two cemeteries. My colleague and I were both unhappy with our rooms because they hadn’t been cleaned properly. The advertised free Wi-Fi didn’t reach my room, so I couldn’t work, and the soundproofing was poor enough that I could hear my neighbor talking on the phone. The shower only gave us cold or hot water, with no warm setting. I wouldn’t recommend the free breakfast, though the restaurant food was fine.

The rooms are clean and modern, and the stay was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, made check-in easy, and shared useful local tips. Getting to nearby restaurants and attractions was convenient. The rooms could use a few more amenities, but it’s a good option for a short visit or a longer stay.

A great choice for tennis fans, with friendly, helpful staff and a large room. The food really stood out, especially at the U restaurant. I loved the salmon steak with artichoke and the white bean pasta.
