The room and shared spaces looked stunning, and the location was great. Everything was clean and comfortable, with high quality amenities in the room. Breakfast was nice too, though the service was disappointing. We had to ask twice for coffee, and after the second request we heard another waiter complaining to a colleague. The coffee still didn't arrive until we'd finished eating.

The hotel is on a pleasant Old Town street lined with shops and restaurants, yet it stayed quiet. I had a lovely stay, with a comfortable bed and a spacious shower. Breakfast was pretty good, and they had oat and almond milk. Reception staff were kind, though I think they could do more to suggest restaurants to newcomers like us. Laundry is available, but very, very expensive. There's a spa, though I didn't visit it.

We had an amazing stay at Narutis Boutique Hotel in Vilnius, coming as six couples. The superior rooms were large, and the whole experience was a pleasure that's hard to put into words. The spa and pool were excellent, with a jacuzzi, dry and wet saunas, and treatments. Breakfast was very good, and the service went beyond what we expected. Every request was handled as well as possible. A special thanks to Ieva at reception, always kind and smiling, and to Wilma, who took care of all my requests by email while booking. A big thank you to everyone. I highly recommend it. If I return to Vilnius, it'll only be to this hotel. Ten out of five stars!

The spa was small, but just right for relaxing in the evening. The water was so warm! I had an amazing stay at the Narutis Hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the room was nice and cleaned daily. Breakfast was delicious, especially the cheese pancakes. If I come back to Vilnius, I'll definitely stay here again.

The wellness area felt perfect after a chilly day exploring Vilnius, and the location couldn't be better. I had a wonderful weekend at Narutis hotel. The rooms were spacious with nice interiors, and the staff were kind and helpful.
