The location was very convenient, easy to reach and close to tourist areas and transport hubs. We were also allowed to leave our bags after checkout because our flight was late at night. We enjoyed our Luxembourg holiday, partly thanks to staying here. It had been a Christmas present, so we hadn’t booked it ourselves. Our room wasn’t ready at the 2 p.m. check-in time, and we waited another hour before we could get in. The included breakfast was a loaf of white bread, butter and jelly in two individual portions per person, four coffee pods, and apple juice. Personally, I wouldn’t have noticed if it hadn’t been provided. The biggest issue was the terrible sewage smell from the kitchenette drain. We noticed it on the second night while cooking and washing plates. There was a lid to close the drain, which helped, but the smell lingered for a while anyway. I’d recommend the place, but hope they fix the drain.

We had a great stay in room 3. It was very clean, spacious, nicely designed, and felt like home. Mister Carlos gave us a very friendly welcome, and miss Valerie was kind and quick to reply. Thanks to Key-inn for the hospitality. We’re planning to come back, and definitely recommend it.

The decor was beautiful, and the location was great. Check-in was quick, and the person who met us was friendly and helpful. Just two small issues: there was no hot water on the last day, and the toilet brush looked dirty from previous guests.

The kitchen and bathroom developed a really awful smell on my second day. It was so strong that breathing in the room felt unpleasant. Staff cleaned the room after I reported it, but that didn’t solve it. Someone later fixed something in the toilet and the smell there disappeared, though the kitchen still smelled like it might be coming from the pipes, or maybe even a dead animal. I have no idea. I was given no other option and had to put up with it for all 10 days. Leaving the windows open wasn’t realistic in the cold, bad weather. The studio itself was amazing, new, well looked after, and had everything needed for cooking. I couldn’t figure out the microwave, though. It was combined with the oven and wasn’t clearly explained; a staff member tried to help but didn’t know how either. Laundry was free, with detergent supplied by guests, and there was a dryer too.

They were so kind when I arrived, even helping me get my heavy suitcases up to the apartment. The place was spacious, lovely, clean, and very well organised. Everything was kept in perfect order. A really positive stay, and I highly recommend it.
