Neiburgs Hotel

The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, with stylish furniture. Breakfast was excellent, and we also booked the sauna, which was great. The shower was awkward, though. It’s a tub with high sides to climb over, and the shower head sits on the side, spraying water all over the bathroom.

I had a great night here. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff all spoke good English and were helpful. The room was big, and everything was just right.

The service was kind and efficient, and breakfast was excellent, with hot dishes like eggs and sausages alongside salads, fruit, pastries, and other cold options. I stayed three nights while visiting Riga for a conference. The hotel is in the historic center, close to the cathedral of Riga. My room was a spacious 1-room apartment with two beds, two armchairs, a small table, a desk where I could work comfortably on my computer, and a small kitchen I didn’t use. The bathroom was also large and had a nice red bathtub. The hotel provided a bathrobe and slippers. There’s a spa in the basement, though I didn’t use it.

There’s plenty of room in the rooms, and the staff provide quality service. The restaurant is worth a visit for an exceptional dining experience. It’s perfectly situated in Riga’s old town, making it a great place to stay for either a business trip or a holiday.
