Hôtel Petite Suède

I called from a US number to ask about a reservation for my family, my wife, her little sister, and me. The receptionist answered in French, then hung up as soon as I switched to Arabic. I called back four times and they ignored every call. As a Moroccan, I found that incredibly disappointing. Do Moroccan citizens get treated worse than foreign visitors? The customer service and behavior were unacceptable.

Breakfast on the roof terrace was lovely, and the location is good. For this price it's great value, just don't expect the Ritz.

The building smelled unpleasant and was in very poor condition. I was also left without a room: the hotel confirmed my booking, then said there was no availability when I arrived and pushed me to pay extra for a different room. They promised accommodation for the following day, but when I came back they refused again and still didn't refund me. I paid and got none of the service. It felt dishonest and manipulative, and I'd strongly advise booking somewhere else.

The staff were attentive and the location is excellent, but the stay had some real downsides. Noise carries through the rooms and the whole hotel is loud. The bathrooms are very dated, the Wi-Fi barely works, and breakfast has no variety at all.
